Cougars Women’s Hockey to Host Two-Day Holiday Skills Clinic

The Sault College Women's Hockey program is excited to host their second two-day holiday skills clinic this December 29 and 30, open to young female athletes across the community.

Designed and led by Cougars players and coaching staff, the clinic focuses on building confidence, sharpening fundamentals, and helping athletes elevate their game in a fun, supportive environment.

The clinic features three age divisions to ensure age-appropriate instruction and development:

• Ages 5–7
• Ages 8–10
• Ages 11–14

Participants will take part in on-ice skill work, small-area drills, and age-specific development sessions, while getting the chance to learn directly from members of the three-time national champion Cougars.

Spots are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
